VAN LEEUWENHOEKKWARTIER
In de buurt vindt u meerdere scholen, waaronder de Scholengemeenschap Delfland op slechts 3 minuten loopafstand, en meerdere basis- en middelbare scholen op fietsafstand van het VERTICO. Ook zijn er op loopafstand meerdere sportscholen en een huisartsenpraktijk te vinden. Eveneens zitten in de buurt een Jumbo, Albert Heijn XL of Aldi voor uw boodschappen.

DUURZAAMHEID
VERTICO is ontworpen met het oog op duurzaamheid. De appartementen worden voorzien van een individueel warmtepompsysteem dat wordt aangesloten op een collectieve gesloten bron in de bodem (WKO-bron). Hierdoor bent u verzekerd van een energiezuinige en milieuvriendelijke woning. De balkons aan de voorzijde zijn over de gehele breedte van de kavel. Dit biedt een prachtig uitzicht met veel buitenruimte, groen en voor extra zonwering in de zomer. De balkons worden voorzien van groen met een geïntegreerd watersysteem en dient naast koeling als waterbuffering, dit wordt ook gedaan op het dak van VERTICO. PARKEREN & MOBILITEITSHUB
In de parkeergarage op circa 100 meter van kavel GZ06 komen deelauto’s. Via een app kunt u elektrische (bak)fietsen en deelauto’s gebruiken. Eenmalig of met een abonnement. De invulling hiervan wordt mede verzorgt door Delft Mobility. De privé parkeerplaatsen zijn op dit moment vergeven aan een deel van de huidige deelnemers.
